Reprieve's investigator discusses revelations that David Miliband signed off on acts which exposed prisoners to abuse.

In the above video, Tim Cooke-Hurle talks about a dangerous loophole in government guidance for British secret agents.

The loophole is the subject of threatened judicial review by the Equalities and Human Rights Commission, who argue that it allows ministers to override the concerns of secret agents in the field.
