As Communications Manager, Katherine works across all casework teams, using Reprieve's work to educate journalists, government and members of the public.
Katherine joined Reprieve from the Daily Telegraph where she wrote and edited across several desks and co-ordinated online editorial development.
Previously she spent six years as an actress and singer, performing in New York, Washington and London with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Jerry Springer the Opera and the English National Opera. She also performed as a coloratura soloist on the QE2 World Cruise with shows in Rangoon, Mumbai and Bangkok.
Katherine volunteered for six months in the Amnesty International Press Office before moving into journalism.
She studied Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge and trained in singing at the Royal Academy of Music.
