Amicus is a charity that assists those representing impoverished people facing execution in the United States. They offer legal and humanitarian assistance by placing individuals in capital defence offices throughout the United States.

The charity provides a training programme addressing practical and theoretical skills to assist defence counsel with the representation of those facing execution in the US.

These training courses are becoming increasingly popular and over subscribed. To apply for a place on the course, please email the Amicus administrator to request a copy of the booking form: admin@amicus-alj.org.

We anticipate that this course will be registered for 26 CPD hours with the Law Society & Bar Council.
