Watch: A Personal Request from Sandrine Ageorges-Skinner to Lundbeck

Sandrine Ageorges-Skinner sends a personal message to Ulf Wiinberg, CEO of the Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck to ask him to end their involvement in the executions in the US.

Sandrine Ageorges-Skinner is the wife of Hank Skinner, on death row in Texas. Hank got stayed only 35 minutes before his execution in March 2010. His case has been at the center of international media attention.

Both current President Nicolas Sarkozy and former Foreign minister Bernard Kouchner have shown support to the case of Hank Skinner.

In the context of the third anniversary of Ulf Wiinberg as the CEO of the Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck and the 30th anniversary of the abolition of the death penalty in France, Sandrine asks personally M.Wiinberg to take the long overdue decision to pull out Lundbeck from the death trade.

Lundbeck manufactures Nembutal, the drug newly used for the executions of prisoners on death row in the US in more than two thirds of the states.
